Welcome to the Keller Williams Devon/Wayne– Real Estate Coaching Program. Together Pat Moyer the Transaction Coach and Annemarie Hinds- the Productivity Coach will guide you thru the Real Estate process until you reach capping status. They will be your main point of contact during the coaching program so please reach out to them with any questions or concerns!
After you have completed your intake orientation you will be ready to embark on your career in Real Estate. Please either email or bring the following items to your first coaching meeting with Annemarie Hinds. Please make sure you have completed your DISC assessment

Your coaching will take place in your office and will consist of the following
During your first few meetings with Annemarie and/or Kerrynyou will work on a series of items to get your business up and running, i.e. – contact spreadsheet (address book), Buyer and Seller Books and a your Business Plan and your 411 (goals). You will also be given a training calendar – ALL TRAININGS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Please try to arrange your schedule accordingly. Group Coaching is held on Tuesdays (please refer to the calendar for the time or your group) Group Coaching is HIGHY RECCOMENDED. In order to KICK your Real Estate Career into HIGH GEAR the following is recommended.
- Group Coaching – Group Coaching consists of round-table type learning and discussions with agents who are in a similar phase of real estate learning/selling career. Group Coaching may be broken down into sessions your Productivity Coach will inform you of the day and time
- Productivity Coaching – Productivity Coaching session are scheduled with Annemarie Hinds. Business planning, goal setting and setting the course for your success are the focus of these sessions.
- Transactional Coaching – Transaction Coaching is designed to help you prepare for and work with clients. Marilyn Lieb will prepare you for interacting with Buyers/Sellers and phases of the transaction process.

- Work out of the Market Center Daily – agents who come to the market center in the morning and work throughout the day feel the energy of the office and lean thru hearing conversations with other top agents.
- WORK DILIGENTLY ON YOUR FIRST 100 DAYS PLAN
- Attend all Trainings!
- Track Lead Generation!
- Transaction Coach is the main point of contact for writing/executing contracts
- Communicate weekly with Coaches
- Script Practice
- Lead Generate from 9am to 11am DAILY
- Hold Open Houses every Sunday
- Have a GREAT MINDSET.
