Mission Statement

Welcome to the Keller Williams Coaching Program for the Exton, West Chester and Devon/Wayne Market Center! Congratulation on making the decision to move your career and production forward. Our goal is to hold you able to master the Keller Williams systems that will help you build a business worth owning and a career worth having. Our objective is to provide you with the systems, tools, & accountability for success.

It is the job of the Productivity Coach to educate, guide, direct and motivate you to build a solid foundation upon which you can build your career and business. We complete this thru accountability sessions.

To get started, please complete the necessary on-boarding paperwork with your Market Center, complete your office orientation, then YOU ARE READY TO BEGIN THE NEXT STEP OF YOUR CAREER! COACHING!

In order for you to fulfill your goals and business plan the following standards have been adopted:

PRODUCTIVITY- minimum of 1 or more Listing taken or Agreement of Sale executed opened in your first month
Tracking and Reporting Sale Activities weekly to the Productivity Coach.
Agents shall be prepared and on time for your coaching sessions.
All homework and assignments completed by agreed upon due dates.
Business plan executed in first month.
Work Schedule executed in first month.
Utilize Goal Tracking Worksheet to support your business plan/goals.
Seek out and attend training in identified areas for growth.
Open and honest communication with coach and staff.
